Date: Saturday, July 4th, 2024 - 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Vendor Set-Up: Saturday July 4th, the morning of the event, July 4th at 8am.

Take Down: Saturday evening. This is an all-day event with lots of people coming for the entertainment including Fireworks at dusk.

Application deadline: July 1st, 2026

We’re inviting Artists, Crafters, Entertainers, Food Trucks, MLM’s and Non-Profits to join our 7th annual Independence Day Festival in Oakridge Oregon!!!

Our Festival is outdoors at the Greenwaters Park and Amphitheater in a large clearing under the majestic mountains around us. We have so many all-day family activities that draws festival goes from all over the Lane County, Oregon!

Vendor Fees and Information (Spaces are First Come First Serve upon payment.)

Nonprofits or Not for Profit are FREE
10 x 10 spaces are $30. You will need to provide your own canopy, table and chairs if needed.
Spaces are located on the path under the trees to the left of the Amphitheater.
Canopies MUST be staked or weighted down.

➔ You must also complete a Liability Waiver below.

➔ We do NOT have power sources or coolers.

➔ Refunds: Full refunds will be issued ONLY if notice of cancellation is given 2 weeks prior to the event.

Online Payment Options: We will email an you invoice that you can pay by credit or debit card.
